Allure by MHT has a strict no-return or exchange policy on all products. All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch with photographic and video based internal documentation in order to ensure that your purchase is in perfect order.

Please note that if you receive any damaged product, it is due to customs or logistics mishandling the parcel during transit. Allure by MHT deems no responsibility for any mishandling by any other third party whatsoever. However, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

In case a refund or exchange needs to be issued, the customer is responsible to ship the parcel back to the brand. The shipping charges will thus be borne by the customer.
